Absolute beach front 2 storied luxury home on beautiful private pristine Pakiri Beach set in the sand dunes over looking the Pacific ocean. Deserted white sand surf beach only minutes away from the fabulous Matakana Coast Wine Country and the gateway to New Zealand's famous Bay of Islands. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms sleep up to 8 guests.

Ngapeka Beach House is just twenty minutes from historic Matakana with the farmers market, cinema theatres and wonderful boutique shopping, vineyards, bars, restaurants and nearby world class golf courses. 10minutes from Goat Island Marine Reserve, snorkeling, diving, boat tours, attractions, and only 1 hour 20 mins drive from Auckland via the new northern highway tunnel. .
The large deck has a table, umbrella, loungers, chairs and BBQ. And direct access from living area. All linen and towels are supplied, with beds made prior to arrival. The Master is upstairs with king size bed, ensuite bathroom, TV and sea views. The second bedroom has a queen bed with sea views both these bedrooms have a private deck, the third bedroom has two single bunk beds. The fourth bedroom is downstairs and has a queen bed and rural views.
There is ample off street parking. A fourteen mile pristine white sand beach for walking, native bush behind the house to explore, world class horse riding and a small garden café and bar on the property. Four excellent golf courses with in easy 30minute drive from the house, fishing and boating nearby.
The very private site is ideal as a quiet retreat for adults or couples and also for children. Absolute privacy and tranquility. Fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, thermo bake oven, microwave, refrigerator freezer, toaster, bodums, utensils, serving dishes etc. Self catering but delicious meal hampers can be arranged. Fully equipped laundry with an auto washer and dryer.
Entertainment includes, cards, board games, Sky satellite TV, DVD, CD player, and stereo. TV is also provided in the large bedroom.
The inside open plan living area has high ceilings, comfy sofas and a pacific theme with a relaxed feel and features NZ Maori art. Panoramic sea and beach views extend through floor level windows and ranch sliders to the deck.

Bookings
Your booking is secured by a 50% deposit, with the balance payable 4 weeks before your stay. This depositis non–refundable but can be transferred with 4 weeks notice, subject to availability. Payment by credit card or, by arrangement, cheque.
