Ngapeka House is ideal for a weekend escape with friends, or for a function, seminar or special occasion. This beautiful beach house is a comfortable, private delight all year round.

Named for the beautiful daughter of Tenetahi and Rahui, daughter of the great chief Te Kiri. Ngapeka and her husband, a Danish sea captain, owned the land where the house is situated. He worked with the local people, helping them estimate Kauri logs for sailing ship spars. Ngapeka died childless, but we feel she would enjoy the fact that her memory lives on in the name of this beautiful escape.

This lovely beach house in the dunes on the beach sleeps 8 people: 1 room with a king bed, 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 1 bedroom with 2 bunks 1 up and 1 down. Three tiled bathrooms with shower and toilet.
Open plan living with Sky TV, DVD and stereo, dishwasher, electric jug, microwave, toaster, stove and fridge/freezer and vacuum cleaner.
All quality bedding supplied together with duvets and towels. Cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils.
Extremely private with large decks and views over the ocean.

High Peak $600 per night
Peak Season $500 per night
Off Peak $400 per night

Ngapeka House has a fully equipped modern kitchen and a gas BBQ. We can arrange gourmet breakfast provisions for you to enjoy each morning at your leisure, or you can enjoy a meal at the Stables, our licensed café.

Your booking is secured by a 50% deposit, with the balance payable 4 weeks before your stay. This deposit is non–refundable but can be transferred with 4 weeks notice, subject to availability.
