We offer four accomodation options for visitors to Pakiri Beach. These are perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of life and enjoying a relaxed, tranquil escape.

Beach Cabins - Pohutakawa and Seaview
These self contained units are nestled in the sand dunes and are very private with an easy access to our private beach. Each cabin sleeps two in queen bed and has two rooms plus shower and toilet. Each unit contains stove, fridge, small electric jug, toaster, cooking utensils, cutlery, wine glasses and crockery for two people. Includes pillows, duvets, sheets, cover and two towels. Gas BBQ.

River Cabins
These tiny cabins on the edge of the stream are suitable for backpackers and adventurers who don't need a lot of extras!
One cabin has a double bed and two cabins have two bunks in each 1 up 1 down. Fourth cabin has a shower and toilet on one side and a separate kitchen with stove, fridge and microwave on the other side. The kitchen also contains cutlery, crockery, utensils, an electric jug and toaster. Each cabin has a small deck overlooking the river. VIEW PHOTO ALBUM

Rest of year $25 per person per night own linen
Sheets etc. may be hired at $5 per night

Family Cabin - Sugar Shack
This cabin by the stream near the stables sleeps 7 people. Sugar Shack has one bedroom with queen bed, one bedroom with two sets of bunks and a single bed, kitchen and a separate shower and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, stove, electric jug, toaster, kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery and glassware for seven people. Bed linen and duvets are included. Towels are not supplied. This cabin also has a deck overlooking the river, and is close enough to use in combination with the river cabins for large groups. Like all our cabins, it has easy access to our private white sand surf beach

Ngapeka Beach House
This lovely beach house in the dunes on the beach sleeps 8 people: 1 room with a king bed, 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 1 bedroom with 2 bunks 1 up and 1 down. Three tiled bathrooms with shower and toilet.
Open plan living with Sky TV, DVD and stereo, dishwasher, electric jug, microwave, toaster, stove and fridge/freezer and vacuum cleaner.
All quality bedding supplied together with duvets and towels. Cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils.
Extremely private with large decks and views over the ocean.

Conditions of Stay

Rates - A 50% deposit of full stay Tariff is required upon booking. Payment in full required if booking is for high season.

Balance of tariff to be paid on arrival. Sorry no reduction if early departure or late arrival. A late fee of $25 may be charged if check in is after 6.00pm.

Cancellation Policy

A $25 administration and cancellation fee will be deducted from ALL deposits refunded due to cancellation. Cancellation within 14 days will attract a cancellation fee of up to 100% of deposit paid. Group cancellations may have special conditions.

Arrival 2pm or by arrangement.
Departure 10am.
Unless otherwise arranged.

Cleaning: Please leave accommodation clean and tidy. Please bring organic waste(food stuff) to the Stables café when you depart. A cleaning surcharge of $20 per hour may apply if extra cleaning is required upon your departure.

Damage. Breakages and damage caused by guests will incur cost of replacement.

Smoking. Outside only.

Pets. No pets unless by special arrangement.

Peak: 1 December – 31 January and all weekends from 1 October to 30 April , all school holidays.
Off Peak: 1 April – 30 September excluding Easter, Queens Birthday and School holidays.
